I realized I had not updated my followers on the status of this project. I successfully passed my Senior Project course with the project. I did well in the development of creating an Ipad App for young children. I have a brand new program that I would like to use but, I need to save up for the software to do so. I plan on releasing the app in the future as a fully functional ipad app for download. I will be using the Kid's Interactive App Maker 4.2 to build the app. I am excited for the future for this project. I will post updates on the completion of this project. Samuel Kubina created a soundtrack just for the ipad app and I can't wait to release that when the app is completed! :) Lucas Esch and I collaborated on creating the story which I will not release online at least for now. I hope you all enjoy the work that I've created on this project.

I was extremely thrilled that at the end of the Animation Showcase that my project won the Runner Up award for the  Senior Project: DM445 class. I am so thankful to my supporters, teachers, friends, family, and for my teammates who helped me create such an awesome project. I hope soon it will be 100% playable on the ipad. The story is complete, style ready, and all games designed just waiting to build it completely. :)

Main Menu Animation

Here is what I have so far for my main menu animation.  I will be adding some cloud movement in the background and the carts to the ferris wheel. But, with all the time that I have that's all about I can do for now. I need to keep moving along with the rest of my scenes. :) It was fun though.

I just wanted to say a special thank you shout out to Lucas Esch and Sam Kubina! They have been helping me with my project.  Lucas helped so much with the story and helped make it great and Sam is helping with the soundtrack.  I appreciate both of your help on this project! I am going to be meeting with a film student this week and I may have myself a foley artist.  They will be helping me add sound to my app.  Its going to be a great semester but, also one with a lot of work.  Oh, here we go.

Production Pitch

Tonight I gave my production pitch.  It went well.  :)  I have pretty much everything in place to begin the production of my project.  I created the production schedule, the style guide, and a demo scene.  It will be a busy semester I can say that but, it will be worth it. I plan to get my spreadsheets done, a coloring activity, and to show a menu featuring the activities that people can play.  I will compose this project into a trailer for the app.  I will be striving to get the book finished and a few activities. After graduation, I will finish the activity pages that will feature games such as, hide and seek, and a pin the tail game.  :) I'm really excited but, also nervous about the workload.  I'm ready to work hard! Thank you to all who have visited my blog.  It's a project in the works and I'm excited to see where this goes.
